Resolving mutually-coherent point sources of light with arbitrary statistics

چکیده

We analyze the problem of resolving two point-sources in case mutually coherent sources with arbitrary quantum statistics, mutual phase, relative and absolute intensity. use a sensitivity measure based on method moments compare direct imaging spatial mode demultiplexing, analytically proving advantage latter. show that demultiplexing saturates Fisher information, for all known cases, even non-Gaussian states sources.
